Trial, subscription, cancellation and refund terms

Training Colour is supplied by Life Mode Fitness. These terms explain the commercial arrangement for the coaching software. They do not remove any statutory rights that apply to you.

1. Fourteen-day trial

Public sign-ups provide payment details securely through Stripe. No subscription fee is charged at sign-up. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual plan starts automatically on day 15. A private invitation may provide a no-card trial; paid access ends when that trial expires unless a plan is purchased.

2. Monthly plan

The monthly plan is £29 and renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Unless a statutory refund right applies, access continues until the end of the period already paid for and that completed period is not partially refunded.

3. Annual plan

The annual plan is £290 and provides 12 months of access. You may cancel renewal at any time; cancellation prevents the next annual charge and normally leaves access active until the current paid year ends.

4. Cooling-off and refunds

If you purchase as a consumer and the law gives you a 14-day cancellation right, Life Mode will honour it. Life Mode also offers a 14-day cooling-off period following the first annual charge: request cancellation by emailing hello@lifemodefitness.com. After that period, annual payments are not normally refundable or partially refundable for unused months, except where required by law or where the service is not supplied as agreed.

5. Starting the service

By activating and using Training Colour during a cooling-off period, you expressly request immediate access to the digital service. Where the law allows, any refund may take account of service already supplied. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.

6. Failed payments and access

If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may retry it and ask you to update your payment method. Access may be restricted when a subscription becomes unpaid, cancelled or expires. Client records are not sold to other coaches and remain separated by coach account.

7. Appropriate use

Training Colour is a coaching-preference tool, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. Coaches remain responsible for professional judgement, client consent, exercise safety and compliance with applicable privacy obligations.

8. Contact and cancellation
