TRAINING COLOURHow it works

A QUIET, REPEATABLE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Understand the person before changing the programme.

Training Colour gives you a practical way to explore how a client may prefer to receive communication, feedback, motivation and accountability. It supports your professional judgement; it does not replace the coaching conversation.

82-SECOND PRODUCT WALKTHROUGH

See the complete flow first.

Watch how a coach shares the assessment, opens a completed result, uses the action brief and applies their own branding. There is no voiceover, so you can follow the on-screen prompts at your own pace.

Roughly how it works: create your branded link, let the client complete the assessment, review the result together, agree one useful change and return to it later.

THE WORKFLOW AT A GLANCE

Five steps. One joined-up record.

Use the same flow before a consultation, during onboarding or when an existing client needs a fresh approach.

01

Personalise your workspace

Add your coaching name, logo, main brand colour, contact email and optional booking link.

02

Share your client link

Copy your branded assessment link and send it in the email, message or onboarding flow you already use.

03

The client completes it

They answer 24 practical statements in around four to six minutes and see their full result immediately.

04

Review the complete pattern

Open the private result, compare all four scores and use the suggested questions to check what genuinely fits.

05

Agree and record the change

Save the communication, motivation or accountability adjustment you will test together.

01

SHARING THE ASSESSMENT

You choose how the invitation reaches the client.

Your dashboard gives you one branded client link. Copy it and place it inside the communication you already use: an email, WhatsApp message, welcome pack, consultation reminder or client portal.

What the client receives

  • A link carrying your business name, logo and selected brand colour.
  • A clear explanation of what Training Colour explores and what it does not assess.
  • Twenty-four practical statements designed to take approximately four to six minutes.
  • A consent step explaining that their answers and result will be stored for their coach to review.
Important:Training Colour does not currently send the invitation automatically. You send the link through your chosen channel, so the message and timing remain under your control.
02

THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

Simple questions, followed by an immediate result.

The client answers from real training, learning or coaching experiences. All four preferences are measured independently, so the outcome may be one clear lead, a blend, a balanced profile or a recommendation to discuss the answers rather than force a label.

After the final question

  • The client enters their first name, email address and current level of training experience.
  • Optional marketing consent remains separate from the assessment and is not required to reveal the result.
  • The complete result appears on screen immediately.
  • They see all four scores, practical coaching suggestions and questions to discuss with you.
  • They can save or print the result from their browser.
Email delivery:The client receives a practical result summary by email as well as seeing the complete result immediately on screen. Their coach remains the right person to help interpret it.

THE FOUR TRAINING COLOURS

Preferences to explore, never boxes to put people in.

A score is a starting hypothesis. Confidence, stress, context and experience can all change what a person needs from their coach.

Red

The Energizer

Often responds well to energy, connection, variety and a clear sense of purpose.

Blue

The Strategist

Often values logic, clear reasons, useful detail and a structure that makes sense.

Yellow

The Competitor

Often engages through ownership, efficient action, visible progress and an appropriate challenge.

Green

The Steady One

Often prefers calm consistency, manageable progression, reassurance and time to build confidence.

03

WHAT THE COACH RECEIVES

A private result and a structured conversation guide.

Once the client completes the assessment, their record is saved against your coach organisation. It appears in your protected dashboard, where you can search for the client, review their complete profile and export your records when needed.

Inside each client record

  • The result state and all four Training Colour scores.
  • Suggested adaptations based on the leading preference.
  • Warnings about assumptions to avoid.
  • Profile-specific questions and six broader debrief questions.
  • Space to record what fits, what does not, what you will change and the observable outcome you will review.
  • An optional review date and coach override when professional judgement points elsewhere.
Coach notification:The saved notification address receives a new-result email with the client name, headline result and a secure prompt to sign in. The private dashboard remains the source of truth.
04

THE DEBRIEF

Confirm the result before adapting your coaching.

The most valuable part of Training Colour is not the headline colour. It is the conversation that follows. Ask what feels accurate, what does not and whether the preference changes in different situations.

A useful review sounds like this

  1. Start with the client’s strongest scores and explain them as preferences, not personality facts.
  2. Ask the client to confirm, challenge or reject each useful-looking observation.
  3. Choose one or two changes in communication, session structure, feedback or accountability.
  4. Define one behaviour or outcome you can both notice.
  5. Set a review date, then keep, adjust or remove the change based on real experience.

CO-BRANDED SETTINGS

Make the client experience recognisably yours.

Brand settings are managed from the private coach dashboard and applied to your client-facing assessment.

01

Business name

Use the coaching or practice name your clients already recognise.

02

Logo

Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo under 250 KB. A simple, high-contrast mark works best at smaller sizes.

03

Main brand colour

Select the accent colour used across your assessment while the four result colours remain consistent.

04

Reply-to email

This is displayed as the contact address clients can use for correction or deletion requests.

05

Booking link

Add an optional secure booking URL to give clients a clear next step after viewing their result.

06

Notification email

Choose where new-result alerts arrive so the right coach can follow up promptly.

This summary keeps the handover clear for both coach and client.
